Academy Sign Up

The Academy is course presented one day per week for several weeks. The Academy is open to men and women of various ages, including seniors. Participants must be 18 years of age to attend.

The Academy is led by Sgt. Rob Thompson and presented by members of the Cleburne Police Department, representing all the vairous Divisions. and also several other supporting agencies. Topics cover the range of services and duties of the Cleburne Police Department and discussion is encouraged. There will be hands-on opportunities as well as Power Point Presentations and videos of actual events.

Participants will be allowed and encouraged to ride along with officers on patrol and to also sit and observe the 911 Dispatch call center.
